My belts popped off of my 99 Honda Accord and the car want stay running now the battery is charged it turn over like it wants to crank but want??????

Do you mean "won't stay running "?? Did you lose all the belts including the timing belt? I imagine that you know what the timing belt is, correct?

James, if you lost your timing belt, I'm afraid that you likely damaged your engine.

James, are you still there? Was it the timing belt? You may not want to consider repairing the car if the engine is damaged? It all depends on whether the car is in excellent condition in all other respects?
