CAR WONT START, NOT DEAD BATTERY, NOT FUSES
My 1999 Honda accord won't start, and I just replaced the battery last week (it
got the car to start, but the starts got progressively slower until it decided to give
up yesterday). Tried to jump it, doesn't do anything. Checked all my fuses, none
are blown. There's no clicking when I try to start it, but a slight "pop" noise
coming from (I think) the Electronic Load Detector in the fuse box. Does anyone
know if the ELD seems like a reasonable solution to this issue? If no, what could
lead a car not to start if its not the battery, not the starter, and not the fuses
(under the hood or under the dash)?
