what does it mean when all of your inside lights come on like the car has died but it is still driving fine but all of the inside dashboard lights flash on and off randomly and then while driving?

on the freeway? tried starting it and it sounds like the battery is dead or the the
ignition won't tun over

Sound,s like your battery may be bad or your alternator is not charging.

Try ignition control module. Mine was replaced twice other the years. It's a recall & was done by Honda. Good luck.
