My 1999 Honda accord v6 is starting slowly what's wrong with it?

Get a NEW battery....they degrade 10 percent per year...1999 is too old to even be considered a battery any more....while you are at it wirebrush the 1/0 battery cable connection to ground to assure the 300 amps can get thru...here and the 1/0 cable leading to the motorblock (usually near the alternator)~
