rubber from passenger side front wheel

If it was the brake pedal pausating when brakes are applied would say it’s the rotors but since it is the steering wheel there is a front end part that needs to be replaced also with the burnt rubber smell I would say the C.V joint boot has torn and grease is getting on the rotor.
