AC cooling fan continually cycles

My 08 2.5L Jettas ac fan cycles continually
when the ac is running, even in cooler
weather. I don’t recal it running this frequently
before. Is there a relay or module that may be
bad?

The fan should run continuously when the A/C is on. The compressor should run continuously too. IF it's the compressor that's cycling, then you may be a little low on "Freon" 134a refrigerant. Did that answer the question you were asking? I might be mistaken.
I checked the Freon first and it’s good. The (ac) fan comes on, increases to a loud full speed, shuts off a few seconds, then repeats. It seems different. Maybe it’s hitting the thermal run-away before dying? It’s loud and fast. But does turn off with the car.
