HELP ! Car says misfire in cylinder 1

Asked by Cha Oct 03, 2016 at 03:39 PM about the 1999 Honda Civic LX

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1999 civic lx and it's showing a misfire in
cylinder 1 but can't seem to find what's causing the
misfire. I replace the spark plugs the first time it
showed up and the cel went away for a week then
came back on. I check spark plug wires and they
all spark. Did the screwdriver trick on the fuel
injector and they all was ticking. Can it be cause
my exhaust manifold has a little hairline crack on
it? Does seem to not want to start when I try to
start it up. Any ideas on what it can be? Thanks in
advance.

Have you checked the injectors they could be clogged or a partial clog causing misfire.
