Serpentine Belt Size

Asked by Luvmaride42 Jun 11, 2018 at 04:27 PM about the 1999 Honda Passport 4 Dr LX 4WD SUV

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I removed the fan pulley in my 1999 Honda
Passport and replaced it with an electric fan.
What size serpentine belt will I now need to
run my power steering, ac compressor, drive
train, alternator, idler pulley & tension pulley?

Take a string around the pulleys the same route the belt would have gone minus the fan and measure it,that should get you close.

It’s better to replace the fan with a bearing pulley so you don’t have to measure it out and search for the rite size replacement belt
