When I push the button on my 98 Honda Accord, all I get is a clicking noise. Is there a relay on these systems?

If this is an easy fix, how do I get to the parts?

could be a fuse. Also could be that the metal plate behind the steering wheel has moved. Basically the horn works that when you push the button in the two metal plates connect the circuit and the horn goes off as the circuit is complete.
what button are you referring to?
I would not mess with the horn myself, only because I am afraid of doing something wrong and setting off the airbag. Thats just my own paranoia. if you look at your fuse box under the hood and in the car, you may see a horn relay. check both places cuz im not sure where it is.

I'm sorry Jonathan, this was in regards to the opening of my sun roof not my horn. I believe the mix up here is my fault. So what do you think my problem is? How do I get to the motor or if there is a relay switch.
there should be a relay for the sun roof under the hood or in the car...just take a look to see if you can find it in either of the places. as far as the motor goes, im not quite sure because i have never had to address such a problem. my first thoughts would be that you would have to take down the headliner of your car, just to get to the motor of the sunroof. i hope its just a relay !
