I have a honda accord 2000 and i got new headlight from ebay but the issue is when i was puting them on by accident i dropped one of the sockets into the open wires then all my lights lost power.

Clear the confusion up please. What kind of sensors are you talking about? I am unaware of any kind of sensors having to do with light bulbs. As to the NO HEADLIGHTS LIGHTS condition, check ALL fuses in all the fuse boxes. You may have more than 1 fuse for your headlight system and one of them blew out when the bulb caused a short in the circuit. If all fuses are good, check for a lighting circuit RELAY, if there is one, that could have blown.
