Car not starting

My 98 Honda accord is getting power but when I go to
crank it nothing happens. No clicking or nothing

Hondas are notorious for bad battery grounds. My 95 civic haunted me for quite a while until I did the not so obvious and removed the ground, cleaned up the connecting point and used electrician's contact paste to control future corrosion. Worth a try. These also have an ignition module that could have died, check it as well.
