Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1998 Honda Civic LX. It has codes of PO 300, 301, 302, 303 and P 1339. I put a
new spark plug in cyl. 3 and canceled out the engine light.and the car ran okay for 6 days
than later it started running rough again and the same codes came up again on my
scanner. What could be wrong?
