Question type: General

Stalled  car  in  reverse  on  steep  hill.
Alarm  triggered,  all  windows  and  Doors  locked.
Unable  to  open  Doors  or  windows,  or  start  car,  very  frightening.
Any  help  would  be  appreciated.
