Added oil now car won't turn over

the two are probably unrelated , make sure batt terminals are tight , there may be a relay or starter may be bad

My car was running low on oil so I added 3 liters of oil started it up and then an hour later the car wouldn't turn over. Any ideas?

Sometimes my car won't turn over. It'll start fine and I'll drive it somewhere. Go to leave and it won't turn over. I'll wait 1 to 5 min and it'll crank fine. Took it to 2 mechanics they were stump...
