honda accord 5 spd 1996 car sitting for a few months shifter stuck, would not go into gear. Perhaps clutch plate is stuck?

Perhaps the shifter mechanism at the end of the cables is rusted. Try lubricating everything. A clutch plate is not going to prevent if from going into gear if the engine is not running.

Well my honda the same way that wen it's running so wat is it to do from there
