Loud noise under car at 65 mph on freeway. tires new, no warning lights,no shaking

Car just started making a noise on freeway at 65 mph. No obvious problems.
Thought is was a flapping license plate holder in the wind but not the issue.

Have it put up on a lift, it may be loose exhaust or just may be easier to determine the cause when it up off the ground.

That just happened to me from Santa, Fe home I pulled over nothing under 5he hood nothing wrong under card thought wind related as very Windy on highway from Santa,Fe to abq

What did this turn out to be? I'm having the same issue. New tires, no warning lights, nothing. Just a sound that's kind of like a fan.
