96 Honda Accord keeps cutting off

96 Honda Accord LX engine light came on
gave me a code for the sensor inside of
distributor went and bought two distributors
Honda told me neither is giving my car
enough voltage to stop it from cutting off
tried to get a honda distributor and they are
discontinued car keeps cutting off put a new
egr valve on it tried other distributors car
keeps cutting off wondering could it be my
crank shaft sensor? Tried computer too need
help

Have you tried checking the voltage on your alternator? I found that my alternator was pushing the proper voltage but it was returning to the battery, wound up being the grounding strap that runs down the engine and grounds several times was grounding out on something and just sending all the voltage to that point. Wound up swapping to a one- wire alternator and haven’t had a electrical problem since.
