how long for brake pedal to react better after replenishing brake fluid if it was to the floor.

brake light was on; checked fluid & replenished it.  brake light now off!  how
long for brake pedal to respond?

IF you lost the brake pedal because there was no fluid in the master cylinder, then there is a leak to be repaired. But also you would have pumped air down the line to the ABS control unit and the only way to bleed that out is at a shop who has the computer program to do this. May just want to take this to a shop for repair.
