hi there, my screen went black! no sound whatsoever, no radio, no gps, no
volume, nothing! Dealer cannot take me in until next week, cannot be without
radio nor phone in my car... can you please help me?

You can use a test light and check for blown fuses, but if that is not your problem then it's probably the complete head unit, and if it is then good luck. You may not be able to get parts for it, if that is the case then you will need to look into aftermarket systems. Had to do that on my car. 900 bucks later I have a better sounding system than the factory one with all the bells and whistles.
