Question type: Maintenance & Repair

i am planning to add a 2nd radiator fan beside (or wherever it fits) the stock radiator fan on my civic... how many volts or watts
should the fan be for it to work... will it work when i just tap it to the radiator ground wire and positive wire port (under the white
radiator reservoir) or do i need another wire harness or ballast for it? it activates at a certain engine temp then shuts down again
when its cooled... will the second fan do the same when i tap it onto the current radiator's wiring?

12 volts. Not sure on watts. You should be able to splice into those wires but you can do a new ground wire to the frame.
