Honda Civic 2007 Radiator fan doesn't turn on when turned on AC

Hey guys so basically I had a cooling issue so I went to Firestone repair shop  
where he diagnosed the car by adding Freon to the car and after that he said
compressor is not working so after that he took back his Freon that he added.
But before going to Firestone fan was working when i turn the car ac the
radiator fan doesn't even turn at all!!!  What could be the issue???

Check the appropriate fuses and/or relays and any wiring that goes to the fan. The radiator fan usually won't come on until the engine reaches a certain temp so let it idle for a while if you aren't driving it.
