92 Honda civic dx left turn signal doesn't work when headlights are on.

So I bought this 1992 Honda civic dx hatch a while
back and for some reason the turn signals work
fine when the headlights and or driving lights are
off but as soon as you turn them on the right
passenger side turn signal will not work it doesn't
turn on at all but the dash light comes on all other
lights work. Thanks for any help

I changed my bulbs and my turn signal switch already.

Go threw the fuse box again under dash & under hood & look for shorted out wires and bad grounds. May have to use a short finder. Amazon has it for Under $30.
