my honda civic got sunk in waist-high flood. but i managed to pull out my ECU, battery, and subs. what other damage should i consider aside from drenched electrical relays?

The computer on this car is pretty low on the passenger side of the car under the dash. If the water got in, which it looks like it did, if is probably toast. After it dries i would take the ECU from behind the passenger kick panel and ensure it dries completly before starting. But i have a feeling it's done.

nope. i saved the ECU and the battery... my car ill be out in 3 days time...

i think my headlights and sensors would have problems in the future, so i probably should replace them as well, dont you think? my head leaked and my spark plugs might be defective too...

Change all fluids, headlights will probably blow soon. Other bulbs may be ok. If sensors dry out they should be good. Take out spark plugs to ensure all water is out of the cylinders. It will be touch and go from there. Just hook things back up and see what is and isnt working. A scan tool that has a readout of sensor outputs would be benificial.

my transmission does not work. my tranny relay was already replaced but it does not engage 4th and 5th gears. might be something wrong in the tranny housing?should i drain the atf and let it dry or something? what should i do?

this is an automatic trans?
