Pet your cat and it will purr. I don't think your car has an inertia switch which means something was damaged causing the non-start condition.
No inertia switch on this one. Follow basic troubleshooting steps. Check fuel pressure and spark and that will point u in the right direction
If you hit something hard enough to deploy the bags there will be lots of other damage.
