Is it possible to siphon gas from 90 Honda Civic gas tank fuel filler pipe?

Hi,I own a 1990 Honda Civic Hatchback SI. The car has been siting for two years and I want drain the gas tank. Is it possible to siphon the gas from the gas tank fuel filler pipe? I’ve seen conflicting information on the internet whether you can or cannot for this year and make Honda.

You can do it- just use a pump and not your mouth- (the way we used to do it in the 20th century- back when all you got was lead in the blood, not Benzine)- the best way to do it is pull the tank and clean it- but if it has only been two years, the gas shouldn't be dirty, just degraded- it should just burn, and you can add more to it- but, like I said, the best thing to do is pull the tank and clean it- a 25 year old car needs it anyways-
