is the check engine light on? if not do a visual fuel pressure test w a guage pressure needs to be higher than 35psI at.idle and up to 60 psi at high rpm. if it checks out start examining wiring connectors and ground wires these cars are super sensitive to poor grounds. have you done any modifications to this car,( tunerism )? is there any kind of smoke from exaust? black, blue,or white?

check the main relay common issue with honda's. they get warm and end up getting a break in the connection then when they sit they can cool and the connection may connect again. but could be wrong

Never heard of main fuel relay issue in this generation civic. I have found a few with Mass Airflow sensor issues. Since your throwing parts at it, try a mass airflow sensor. Good luck.
