Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Since replacing all the obvious, and vehicle still doesn't start...could it be the electrical ignition? How would I check that?

By the way, it cranks and when starter fluid is injected it runs. The pressure from the pump just isn't there. Replaced strainer and pump twice thinking we had a bad pump???
