Blinkers and break lights

Break lights  don't work when stepping on
breaks , but when headlights are on I have
tail lights , they just don't get brighter for
breaking signal  (New bulbs )  is it the switch
under break peddle if so how to fix it .......
    New problem as of 3 days ago.
Blinkers don't work ,  no blinking lights  no
blinking on dash,  no clicking on switch  
nothing ( New Bulbs )  how to fix that
Fuse panel don't have blinker fuse listing ?

So change switch under brake pedal and change relay for blinkers under the hood thank you

When the key is out of the egnichen why do the tail lights stay on and the blencker not work 2005 honda civic
