I have a 95 Honda Accord Ex vtech engine
has new radiator thermostat and water
pump has 2 fans that work  no milky
substance in oil car keeps overheating
mainly when I sit at a red light very long

May have some air pockets in the cooling system. Here is a video on how to purge the cooling system... www.youtube.com/watch?v=zUpXgAJ1gjU

Maybe ur thermostat its not opening and thats why it keep overheating my recommendation is buy thermostat in dealer
