Kia rio5 2008 cracking but no starting

I just replaced the gas pump because i stayed
stuck at a gas stations after pumping gas. I had to
buy starting fluid to start the car. Previously the car
would give me trouble starting every time I add
Gas.I usually had to pump the gas pedal for it to
start. Today while driving the car it lost power and
turn off... It's cracks but won't start. Anyone has
any idea what I could do to troubleshoot to fix this
issue.
