I have a 2000 expedition 4wd and I have transmission fluid in my radiator

The part of the radiator that cools transmission fluid burst and is getting in antifreeze.

All of the above! You will need to flush the transmission completely to get all remaining water out and install a new radiator. I don't know if your old one can be rebuilt or if you can find a used on but those are your other options
