i have my ford expedition xlt.... i already changed the spark plug fuel pump cleaned fuel filter and still i felt the rough idle...what should i do? one thing that i haven't change is the fuel filter... but i already cleaned it by the use of air compressor. when i started the engine the rpm goes up and down and then stall

Check air filter and clean throttle body, clean or replace IAC ( idle air control ) valve or mass air flow sensor depending on which one your vehicle has and add Lucas Fuel Injector Cleaner to gas tank.

Also would replace fuel filter.

and what about the plug wires???

Check the notorious pvc and tube on the back of the intake any cracks along it will certainly cause a rough idle. Any coils that are not tightly fitted down as well.
