Check air filter and clean throttle body, clean or replace IAC ( idle air control ) valve or mass air flow sensor depending on which one your vehicle has and add Lucas Fuel Injector Cleaner to gas tank.

Check the notorious pvc and tube on the back of the intake any cracks along it will certainly cause a rough idle. Any coils that are not tightly fitted down as well.
