My fuel filter is located on my frame......i replaced it about 3 months ago. My truck went dead now it won't start. At first the pump was coming on when i turned the key on....after a couple of tries to crank it the pump makes no noise

Also check your fuel pump relay, right kick panel, you can swap it out with another relay if you want to do a quick test.
