I have a 94 Honda accord ex that's hard to start I've changed the spark plugs distributor fuel filter main fuel relay air filter and its still hard to crank I have to pump the gas and hold it

First you need to do a fuel pressure test to make sure there is enough pressure being delivered. Pump could be weak and the lower pressure could account for the hard starts. Can't remember if it has fuel injectors or Throttle Body Fuel injection, but is could be dirty or bad fuel injectors too.
