My battery not holding a charge, my head light are
out and my abs light is on? What is it?

Since the ABS light is on, that indicates one of your wheel sensors is detecting a problem or the module is fault. Scan for the OBDii trouble codes to find out which part of the ABS system is giving you the issue. You need a special scanner that reads ABS codes, not all do. That issue could be part of you battery drain or the headlight problem. My guess is the headlight wiring and or switch is faulty putting a draw on your battery. Further probing is required. There is no easy answer in this case without testing.
