Audi A4 starting issues

So my 2011 Audi A4 2.0T was running just
fine then one day I drove somewhere just fine
then got home waited a few hours then
needed to leave and when I went out to start
it and it would not start... it sounds like it
wants to but just won’t turn over but when
giving it some gas it can turn over but then it
sounds HORRIBLE and the whole car shakes
like crazy so I just turned it off... I think it
might be the fuel filter or something but I’m
not 100% sure!! Any help is greatly
appreciated!!! Never owned an Audi before
so I need all the help I can get
