what does it mean when you have oil on a spark plug and it won't start?
Could be a ring issue but more likely a valve cover gasket issue. Some Hondas the spark plugs goes down in the valve cover. If yours is like that and you have oil on top(white part) of plug then valve cover needs replace. On some of these models there is two rubber o rings per cyl that will also need replaced also. Oil on plug is possibly grounding them out so they can't fire.
