my 93 accord will rev up if i barely touch the pedal if i hit the pedal any harder it will stall what is going on

I let it run and sprayed starting fluid around lines and no change in idle. Whats weird is it runs smooth no surge or signs of misfire

loulou, you have me stumped. There are 2 guys here that might be able to help you, they are really good. One is Tom Demyan, and the other is tennisshoes. I would encourage you to PM them and see what they say. I would also love to know what the fix ends up being.

You might try pulling the codes, google how to read Honda obd1 codes. Also, check out a video on how to test the mass air flow sensor.
