what are my wrights?

Asked by GuruF7QD7 May 24, 2020 at 10:58 AM about the 2016 Nissan Altima 2.5 SL

Question type: General

The price of the car was listed at $13,495.00.  I supplied the appropriate information for financing.  When I got close to the end of the tranaction, I was sent an invoice which listed the buying price of the car at $18,995.00.   Plus, the money they were going to give me on my trade in was less than what they had agreed to.  What are my rights in this suituation?  Can they list the car at 13,495?  and then,, after we come to what seemed to be an agreement, can they raise the price of the car by over $5,000.00?  I became aware of this car through CarGurus.  Kindly advise.  see link https://www.amgautotrade.com/vehicle-details/2016-nissan-altima-2-5-sl-sedan-7e95ed7aa0c3ea4bb1624c61e4f63e8f
