My 1991 honda accord ex won't start
unless I use starter fluid, its runs fine after I
don't think its the fuel pump if not it
wouldn't keep running. And it takes longer
to turn on when its hot

It is a fuel delivery problem. Check the fuel pump pressure and the fuel pressure regulator.

could be loosing the pressure at the injectors.Try turning the lights on the dash with the key a few time before starting. This will run the fuel pump for 2 seconds each time key is turned on.If it starts without starting fluid. Also is the check engine light on when its running.

Could be atmospheric pressure sensor under the dash
