used 2006 honda crv when will transmission need to be replaced

I want to buy a gently used Honda CRV but am wondering when the
transmission would need to be replaced? It has 160,000 miles on it and is in
mint condition.

Most cars will need a new transmission sometime in their lifespan. This one may or may not last longer.
