2006 Suzuki GV Heating problem when idling.

Asked by GuruQH12H Nov 18, 2019 at 10:02 PM about the 2006 Suzuki Grand Vitara JLX 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2006 GV blows cold air when idling, no matter how long it's been running,
as soon as you rev it up or drive it you get heat.   I want constant heat in our
cold winters. Any suggestions ?

1 Answer

Check the coolant level and purge air out of the cooling system. If that does not do it the water pump may be worn out.
