1990 Honda accord will crank but won't start, distributor is. 4 months old, how do you verify fuel pump is working?

are you sure you put the one on the one? this would do it...check power to the coil should have the 12.5 volts, you may have put the coil in backwards...seen this before with these cars~

turn the key to the on position without starting it...you'll hear the fuel pump distributing fuel to the fuel rail~

The car has been working fine with the new distributor, which was installed by a mechanic 4 months ago. I went to start the car the other day and it would crank but not start, I will see if the fuel pump is working!
