I put a brand new fuel pump and filter on the car
and it still want start wats wrong

Get some ether or carb/choke cleaner and spray in intake before air-filter and try to crank (will take 2 people) If it does then likely no fuel. Then either pull a spark plug out and lay against the engine block. look for plug sparking Blue or buy a cheap fire/plug tester up and see if your car has spark, (not testing the spark plug itself your testing if your ignition system is working or not).
