Engine light on - not able to pump gas

Asked by GuruBRTX8 Jan 15, 2019 at 12:00 PM about the 2005 Hyundai Elantra GLS Sedan FWD

Mechanic replaced gas cap but that wasn't the problem and then ran dianogstic
and replaced gas vapor purge solenoid yesterday, still not working. Am senior
or a strict budget so can't afford to randomly replace parts. Any suggestions?
