Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I removed the blower , connected it to a battery and it worked.  I checked
Blower Fuse and AC fuses, all good.  I feel the cold air but I can't get any fan
speed to turn on

Usually High is the only speed, the resistor controls the low speeds, but it depends on the manufacturer.

Make sure the a/c fuse and relay is good and the clutch cycles when you turn air on. If all looks good system may need a charge.
