Catalytic Converter Replacement

What is the process for changing the catalytic converters on a 2000 Ford Explorer Sport 4.0 SOHC, 4WD, 4 Door.  They're plugged.

http://www.ehow.com/how_2192134_replace-exhaust-catalytic-converter.html ...........in the off chance you live in California be sure to buy the right one if you buy online. Not all are Calif legal. In case you were wondering, they must be replaced, cannot be unplugged
