Brand new steering belt making sound.

I have a Hyundai Elantra 2004, I replaced all the
belts and the car is working fine but the steering
wheel belt it's making a very loud noise only when I
turn the car on (it lasts for 20 seconds). Also when
I'm driving, only when I turn the steering wheel to
the maximum it will also sound. I did a test while
the car was parked, and I saw that when you move
the steering wheel to the maximum, the belt slips a
little, and I have tightened as much as possible.
Any ideas?

that could be your problem.. each belt is suppose to have a little slack.. if you tightened it too much, you probably already stretched it and it will eventually break..my suggestion is replace your belt again and have a little slack, check belt slack with other belts.. check this video for more info to give you rough idea -- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MH4T-Xnquss good luck
I have changed the amount of pressure I put to it. I even took it to a mechanic and he couldn't figure it out, do you think buying another brand for the belt could help?
it might, some belts do take some time to get in the grooves, try adding soap/water mixture (or buy belt dressing at parts store) and spray on inside grooves of the belt, it might help actual grooves to slide in..basically turn car on, spray mixture on inside belt not too much.. and it might help sound go away..

Tighten the alternator belt. Makes no sense but it fixes the slipping power steering belt
I have a 2003. It goes through belts on the power steering like crazy. The pulleys Largest inadequate For this particular application. It was poorly engineered. I’m not sure you can do anything about it except to keep replacing the belts
