Is it coming out of a freeze out plug on the block or somewhere else? Did you replace the gasket for the thermostat housing? You could pressure test the system and perhaps narrow down the leaking area or offending part. Good Luck!

You need to inspect and identify where the coolant is leaking from. Then the fix can be determined.
