Blinker light stays on inside car on dashboard
Windows still come down after car is off
Blinker lights stay on outside of car when car is not
on
Please help!!

It might be a fuse needs to be changed

So what did you find out the problem was? My 2011 Elantra blinker stays on on-board when headlights are switched on and blinks really fast when headlights are off. Please guys help me out.

When My 2013 Elantra front passenger bulb was out the standard “fast blink” occurred. But when my front drivers turn signal bulb was out, the turn signal indicator on my dash shows a solid lit light, but you can hear the “fast blink” from the dash. In either case just replace the bulb.
